U.S. Allocates $354 Million to Reduce New York Traffic - New York Times

Here's some interesting news, by summer next year you might be charged to drive through the busiest parts of New York. I'm sure their public transportation system will only get better if that's the case. So does that mean that we have to wait until our traffic in the Bay Area gets completely unbearable for them to complete BART?
